Your new role
- Manage and grow customer accounts by identifying business development opportunities at different stages
- Drive in-store execution excellence, including visibility, merchandising, and planogram compliance
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis (market trends, SKU performance) to develop actionable plans
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty, support, and long-term growth
- Achieve sales targets through effective planning, investment tracking, and identifying growth opportunities within defined strategies
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with minimum 4 years of field sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, able to engage stakeholders across all levels (including pet shop owners & staff)
- Good commercial acumen and negotiation skills to drive business results
- Proactive and driven mindset with strong initiative and problem-solving ability
- Interest or exposure in pet nutrition / pet food / specialised channels or veterinary segment is an added advantage
