Your New Role
In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with new clients by demonstrating excellent communication and engagement in the Malaysian market. You will use your expertise in solution selling to consistently meet or surpass your sales goals. As part of a dynamic team, you will effectively collaborate in virtual settings, taking strategic direction while incorporating valuable input from other team members. Additionally, you will develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive organisational growth. Strong negotiation skills will enable you to close deals successfully and deliver value to clients. You will also manage sales activities in a fast-paced environment, continuously driving outstanding results.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To succeed in this role, you should have between five and eight years of experience in selling IT staffing, solutions, and services. You must possess proven expertise in the direct sales model, with a track record of exceeding set goals. Your ability to lead and drive results through remote teams within a matrix organisation will be critical to your success. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additionally, you must demonstrate strong negotiation abilities to effectively close deals and deliver beneficial outcomes for clients and the organisation. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about achieving success.
