Your new role

• Attend to all Business Intelligence & Analytical Data support requests in a timely manner, and escalate to team members where required.
• Ensure the analytical services provide timely and accurate information to the business.
• Ensure production processes, data feeds, and ETL function correctly as required by the business.
• Ensure Analytical Data systems & BI systems portals remain operational during business hours.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in SQL, T-SQL, and Scripting.
• Strong experience in generating reports, visualisation and data transformation for operational support.
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure Data Factory, Power BI, and SSRS is an advantage.
• Have a good understanding of Data and the importance of Data quality.
