Our regional banking client is hiring a detail-oriented professional with a knack for loan operations.
Your new role
As the Business Promotion Support Officer, your responsibilities include:
- Support the Front Office in preparing Facility Agreements and Facility renewal letters, as well as establishing facility lines.
- Handle daily operational tasks related to processing Bilateral Loans, Syndicated Loans, Bank Guarantees, Standby Letters of Credit, and other Transaction Banking products.
- Monitor and closely follow up on pending items within the department to prevent long delays.
- Verify signatures on loan and guarantee applications before confirming with customers.
What you'll need to succeed
- Holds a degree in any discipline.
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Requires at least 2–3 years of related working experience in the banking industry.
- Strong communication skills are preferred, as the candidate will frequently liaise with customers.
