Your new role

• Lead and grow the regional business for imaging and capital equipment
• Own full P&L accountability for a portfolio exceeding USD 20 million
• Drive B2C strategy and execution, including direct-to-hospital and clinic engagement
• Manage and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team across multiple countries.
• Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies, pricing, and channel optimisation
• Collaborate with global product teams to localise offerings and ensure market fit
• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years of experience in medical devices, preferably in imaging or capital equipment
• Proven success in regional leadership roles across Southeast Asia
• Strong P&L management experience with budgets of USD 20M or more
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire multicultural teams
• Deep understanding of B2C healthcare dynamics, including patient-centric models
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and impact
