Your New Role

As Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of the organisation. You will lead the senior management team, oversee plantation operations, and ensure strong financial and operational performance. This role requires a visionary leader capable of driving transformation, enhancing productivity, and building stakeholder confidence.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and sustainability.
  • Leading operational improvements across plantation assets and supporting functions.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships, including industry partners, regulators, and communities.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and corporate governance.
  • Driving innovation and identifying new opportunities for expansion and diversification.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience in senior leadership, ideally within agriculture, plantations, or related industries.
  • Strong strategic planning, financial management, and operational leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A deep understanding of sustainability practices and industry trends.
  • A relevant degree in agriculture, business, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
