Your new role

• Assume full executive accountability for financial performance, operational reliability, service quality, and regulatory compliance as the organisation’s senior accountable leader.
• Define and drive the company’s long‑term strategy in line with Board and shareholder priorities, ensuring competitiveness and sustainable growth in a dynamic market environment.
• Oversee group-wide operations, financial controls, and subsidiary performance to ensure targets, service standards, and business objectives are consistently achieved.
• Lead the execution of the business plan, including assessment and approval of new ventures, partnerships, and joint initiatives that support long-term value creation.
• Promote a strong safety‑led, values‑driven culture while developing leadership capability, strengthening talent pipelines, and fostering high performance across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, management, hospitality, or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
• At least 10 years’ experience in senior executive roles (GM, Director, or C‑suite), ideally within regulated or service‑intensive industries such as catering, hospitality, or logistics.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise strategy, manage complex P&L portfolios, and operate effectively within highly governed environments.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage Boards, shareholders, regulators, and external stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
• Results‑driven, commercially minded, and solutions‑oriented leader with strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to motivate diverse teams.
