Your new role
Assume full executive accountability for financial performance, operational reliability, service quality, and regulatory compliance as the organisation’s senior accountable leader.
Define and drive the company’s long‑term strategy in line with Board and shareholder priorities, ensuring competitiveness and sustainable growth in a dynamic market environment.
Oversee group-wide operations, financial controls, and subsidiary performance to ensure targets, service standards, and business objectives are consistently achieved.
Lead the execution of the business plan, including assessment and approval of new ventures, partnerships, and joint initiatives that support long-term value creation.
Promote a strong safety‑led, values‑driven culture while developing leadership capability, strengthening talent pipelines, and fostering high performance across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, management, hospitality, or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
At least 10 years’ experience in senior executive roles (GM, Director, or C‑suite), ideally within regulated or service‑intensive industries such as catering, hospitality, or logistics.
Proven ability to lead enterprise strategy, manage complex P&L portfolios, and operate effectively within highly governed environments.
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage Boards, shareholders, regulators, and external stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
Results‑driven, commercially minded, and solutions‑oriented leader with strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to motivate diverse teams.
