Your new role

  • Drive long-term financial planning aligned with global growth objectives

  • Lead readiness initiatives for potential public listing, including financial reporting, governance, and investor relations

  • Oversee fundraising, treasury, and capital structure to support expansion and innovation


What you'll need to succeed

  • Holds a minimum degree in Finance, Accounting or professional qualification

  • Brings 10–15+ years of senior financial leadership experience within financial services, fintech or technology-driven sectors

  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing finance teams across geographies, with a strong ability to convert financial data into strategic business direction
