Your new role

This is a Chief Financial Officer/Finance Director appointment, reporting directly to the CEO and acting as a key member of the executive leadership team. You will have full accountability for financial strategy, governance, risk management, and performance, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to support long‑term sustainability and growth.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience operating as a senior finance leader in a complex, regulated environment
• Strong track record in financial strategy, operations and executive‑level business partnering
• Ability to lead and influence large, multi‑disciplinary teams and engage confidently with boards and senior stakeholders.
