Role Purpose & Responsibilities

• Responsible for defining and executing enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation strategy for the company.

• Serves as the thought leader for AI, data, analytics and digitisation, ensuring these capabilities are leveraged as core business assets to drive sustainable value creation.

• Partner with Executive Leadership and Board Members to define the vision for managing data and digitisation as strategic assets for the company.

• Champion and foster a data-driven culture across the company, embedding analytics-led decision-making and evidence-based management practices.

Key Outcomes & Success Measures

• Clear and executable enterprise-wide AI & Digital Transformation roadmap with measurable business impact.

• Tangible value realisation from AI, analytics, and digitisation initiatives.

• Strong governance and scalability of AI and data capabilities.

• A mature, data-driven culture with increased AI literacy and adoption at leadership and operational levels.

Ideal Profile

• Senior executive experience leading enterprise-scale AI, data, and digital transformation in large, complex organisations.

• Proven track record of translating advanced analytics and AI into measurable business outcomes.

• Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.

• Deep understanding of data governance, data science & analytics, AI ethics, architecture, and digital platforms.
