Your new role

In your new role, you’ll lead the company’s communications, branding, marketing, and customer experience efforts. You’ll work with different teams and partners to build trust, strengthen the brand, and support business goals. Your work will help shape how the public and stakeholders see the company, both locally and internationally.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree or professional certification in Strategic Communications or Corporate Affairs is an added advantage.
  • At least 20 years of experience in communications, media, or public affairs, with 10 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong background in crisis management, media relations, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Solid understanding of brand strategy, digital communications, and customer experience.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meltwater, or CRM and CX platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
