Your new role

• Hold full P&L responsibility for operational performance.
• Oversee manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, planning, maintenance, and warehousing.
• Drive Lean transformation, OEE improvement, waste reduction, and process standardisation.
• Ensure compliance with FSSC, ISO, safety, and customer standards.
• Lead SAP integration and real-time digital manufacturing adoption.
• Build and mentor second-line leadership, fostering a culture of discipline, ownership, and customer-centricity.
• Manage capital expenditure projects, layout changes, and upcoming expansions.

What you'll need to succeed

• 18–25 years of manufacturing experience, including 10+ years in senior leadership roles with proven multi-site oversight.
• Automotive or medical device background, bringing strong process discipline, SOP-driven culture, and efficient practices.
• Demonstrated success in SAP manufacturing digitisation and shop-floor adoption, eliminating reliance on parallel spreadsheets.
• Deep Lean/Six Sigma expertise (Black Belt preferred) with a track record of driving OEE improvement and waste reduction.
• Hands-on operational grounding, having grown through shop-floor roles, with comfort spending significant time on-site.
• Structured, decisive leader with high energy, resilience, and a customer-first mindset.
• SAP digitisation experience, multi-site leadership, and experience in Lean Manufacturing is a must-have.
