Our client is a well known financial services provider, and they are on the hunt for a senior candidate to lead their HR team as the Chief People Officer.
Your new role
As the Chief People Officer, you will be tasked with, amongst others:
- Developing and executing HR strategies that will align with business goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement and learning & development.
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes diversity, inclusion and employee well-being.
- Collaborating with the senior leadership to drive organisational effectiveness and growth.
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to qualify for this role, you must have:
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Leader in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of the best HR practices, talent management and organisational development.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with the Board of Directors, the Senior Management team, employees and other external partners.
- Experience in designing and implementing performance management systems.
- Proficiency in compensation and benefits design, including executive compensation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion and leadership skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
