Your new role

You will be responsible to manage Energy Property & Marine loss categories, recommends reserves, makes payments, and communicates with relevant parties. You monitor, document, and resolve claims quickly and cost-effectively within authority. You will also refer complex claims and potential recovery opportunities to the Claims Recovery Manager.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experienced in Commercial Insurance – Particularly in Energy Property & Marine

• Experience in Insurance Operations, specifically in Claims

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience

• Good to have adjusting background

• Good communication skills in English and must be able to read & write Chinese
