We are currently recruiting an internal Hays Client Partner to support a high‑profile RPO client. This is a full‑time permanent role based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, commencing immediately.
You must be comfortable working in an onsite environment and demonstrate flexibility, as there may be opportunities to transition between client projects as new requirements arise.
In this role, you will manage permanent recruitment across multiple business divisions, partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver effective, timely hiring solutions.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from job brief through to offer across a diverse portfolio across multiple divisions
Deliver permanent recruitment solutions, supported by dedicated sourcing and compliance teams
Build strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing tailored recruitment advice and market insight
Partner closely with the Sourcing team to design and execute effective attraction strategies aligned to business priorities
Build, maintain and leverage strategic talent pools to support workforce planning and future hiring demand
Ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, maintaining high standards of service delivery
What you'll need to succeed
Proven end‑to‑end recruitment experience in an agency or client‑facing RPO environment
Commercially minded and KPI‑driven, with the ability to deliver results in a fast‑paced setting
Experience recruiting technical and corporate roles at a mid‑ to senior‑level, across permanent hiring
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage confidently with hiring managers
Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high‑quality recruitment outcomes
