Your new role

• Fully in charge of FP&A, Strategic Business Partnering, Commercial Finance and Business Analytical activities.

• Business partnering closely with regional commercial stakeholders to achieve business targets.

• Analyze monthly forecasts vs actuals for business units or product lines, providing quality financial analysis and commentaries on business drivers.

• Manage and analyse forecast roll-ups, assess opportunity pipeline, review win-loss ratios and drive funnel health.

• Manage pricing analysis, identify drivers for price erosion and actions to improve on price realization.

• Assist in special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as required. Share best practices.

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 5 years of professional working experience in Commercial Finance / FP&A, with MNC exposures.

• Possess a relevant bachelor of degree in Accounting or Finance, added advantage to have professional qualifications.

• Strong communication skills to work and influence multiple divisions and countries.

• Active in commercial Sales and collaborating across functions to drive business results.

• Able to cope with fast-paced environment, paired with critical thinking skills.

• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills.

• Strong knowledge of various ERP, reporting systems (e.g. Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, Oracle, SAP, etc.) and business tools (e.g. SFDC, Power BI) would be an advantage.
