Your new role
You will be responsible for driving commercial growth through solution-based IT and software sales, with a strong emphasis on expanding and deepening existing client relationships, while building a high-performing team member.
What you'll need to succeed
- Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree; Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Min 5 years’ experience in IT Software Sales, especially ERP and Business Intelligence.
- A strong commercial mindset with the drive to consistently deliver revenue growth and exceed targets
- The ability to understand clients’ business challenges and translate them into high-value, solution-based proposals
- Confidence managing complex sales cycles across enterprise software and digital solutions
- Proven skill in building trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinking to identify account expansion and transformational opportunities
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to align customers, partners, and internal teams
- A consultative, challenger-style approach that influences decision-making and drives outcomes
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional and partner ecosystems
