Your new role
As a Commercial Manager your responsibilities include (but not limited to):- Lead and manage commercial negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure favourable terms and conditions.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market analysis, competitor pricing, and company objectives to maximise profitability.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure alignment with commercial goals.
- Conduct sales forecasting and monitor performance against targets, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Serve as a strong strategic leader, guiding the commercial team in executing initiatives that align with the company's vision and drive overall business success.
