Your new role
- To create SOPs, train and manage vendors.
- To standardize SOPs for brand image to be aligned towards all retailers and distributors.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (locally and globally)
- Translate brand strategies and objectives into brand product and packaging, trade and consumer engagement and launch to market execution.
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong experience in Customer Service as a Team Leader/ Team Manager/ QA Manager
- Fluent in English
- Degree holder
- Highly knowledgeable in delivering and implementing marketing activations.
- Team player and open to travelling to different places day/night.
- Strong experience in recruiting and training team members
- Proactive in project management and team collaborations
