Your new role

• To create SOPs, train and manage vendors.
• To standardize SOPs for brand image to be aligned towards all retailers and distributors.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (locally and globally)
• Translate brand strategies and objectives into brand product and packaging, trade and consumer engagement and launch to market execution.
• Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in Customer Service as a Team Leader/ Team Manager/ QA Manager
• Fluent in English
• Degree holder
• Highly knowledgeable in delivering and implementing marketing activations.
• Team player and open to travelling to different places day/night.
• Strong experience in recruiting and training team members
• Proactive in project management and team collaborations
