Your new company

My client is a reputable and long-standing company in both construction and property development which offers a comprehensive range of construction and engineering works, including construction-related services and the supply of construction materials. They are currently in the search for a Contract Executive and Senior Contract Executive to be based in their HQ office in KL.


Your new role

• Involved in budget planning and control for project estimation of costs, including Bill of Quantities for all disciplines, progress claim, variation order, etc.

• Handle tendering and managing pre-and-post contracts for the projects that have been assigned

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors during the construction phase and the finance department on payment-related matters.

• Attend site valuation, site measurement and regular meetings when necessary.
  
  What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

• Preferably 3 years of working experience in quantity surveying

• Has experience working on infrastructure and high-rise building projects
