Your new role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Finance Manager to join our team. This role will focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), playing a critical part in our strategic growth initiatives.

• Identify, evaluate, and execute M&A opportunities in alignment with corporate growth objectives.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to assess potential acquisition and investment targets.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop strategic investment plans.

• Build and maintain complex financial models to assess valuation, synergies, and deal structuring.
• Conduct financial due diligence, including revenue forecasting, cost analysis, and risk assessment.
• Prepare investment memos, business case presentations, and financial reports for senior management.

• Work closely with senior stakeholders, investment banks, legal advisors, and external consultants.
• Lead negotiations and structuring of term sheets, shareholder agreements, and deal contracts.
• Manage end-to-end deal execution, from initial screening to post-merger integration.

• Assess regulatory, financial, and operational risks related to potential acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, legal, and financial regulations.
• Monitor post-acquisition performance and identify areas for value creation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. ACCA, CPA, or MBA is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or M&A.

• Must have Big 4/ Big 10 Background prior/current.

• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and make data-driven investment decisions.

• Flexible, open to travelling to KL, Johor
