Your new role

• Conduct financial modelling and analysis for property development projects, including IRR, NPV, and cash flow projections.
• Evaluate project feasibility from technical, operational, and financial perspectives.
• Prepare and review Master Development Budgets (MDB) and investment proposals.
• Support transaction structuring, due diligence, and coordination with legal teams.
• Provide strategic advice on investment opportunities, joint ventures, and acquisitions.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors (banks, consultants).

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA or MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in corporate finance advisory, investment banking, or real estate investment.
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of IRR, NPV, and valuation techniques.
• Familiarity with property development processes and legal aspects of transactions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
