A Renewable Energy Company is Looking for a Corporate Finance & Treasury Manager
Your new company
This company specialise in the renewable energy industry. They offer a range of services including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of solar projects. Due to an expansion, a Finance Manager position has been created.

Your new role
As one of the key members of the team, you will be responsible for:
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with its long-term goals.
  • Manage and oversee the treasury functions, including cash management, investment analysis, and liquidity forecasting.
  • Lead financial risk management by identifying, analysing, and mitigating financial risks related to currency, interest rates, and credit\
  • Collaborate with senior management to optimise the capital structure, including debt and equity financing.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in the role, you must be
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; an MBA or professional certificate (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance and treasury management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Commitment to sustainability and passion for the renewable energy industry.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
