Your new role
The successful candidate will take ownership of the company's commercial strategy, revenue growth, and market development initiatives. Depending on experience and capability, the scope of the role may extend beyond Malaysia to include leadership responsibilities across multiple Southeast Asian markets.
What you'll need to succeed
- Develop and execute the company's growth strategy within Malaysia and potentially the wider Southeast Asia region.
- Drive new customer acquisition and expansion opportunities across the target market.
- Work with regional stakeholders to ensure alignment across growth initiatives and market expansion plans.
- Create and execute go-to-market initiatives tailored to local market dynamics.
- Partner closely with product, operations, customer success, and senior leadership teams to align business objectives.
- Build a scalable and sustainable commercial model that supports long-term expansion.
