My client is a global leader in industrial solutions, currently undergoing a major digital transformation initiative. They are seeking a CRM Solution Design & Implementation Specialist to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This role supports the design and delivery of innovative, customer-centric CRM solutions.

Your new role

You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of CRM solutions—from ideation to implementation—ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic objectives. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners across global locations to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing Salesforce CRM solutions across multiple clouds.
  • Supporting Adobe Experience Manager implementations for web solutions
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement in CRM architecture
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including architects, product owners, and service managers
  • Managing integration with third-party systems using tools like Mulesoft and Azure DevOps


What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you should bring:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM solution design and implementation
  • Proven track record with Salesforce multi-cloud implementations and Adobe Experience Manager
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components is a plus
  • Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Salesforce and Adobe certifications are highly valued
