Your new role
Reporting to the HK Customer Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for handling both basic and complex queries from brokers and clients as well as participate in team huddles for target setting and work completion. By providing excellent service to the customers, you will act as a contributing factor to their business growth and operation.
What you'll need to succeed
To ensure your success in this customer service environment-based role, you will need to be:
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese (speaking, listening & writing)
- Experienced in policy servicing / contact centre / customer service in Insurance or any Financial Institutions
- It’s a PLUS to have a Life Insurance background
- Skilled in Microsoft Words & Excel
