Customs Facilities Manager Job Opening for a Market Leader in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry

A world market leader in the chemical manufacturing industry with an internationally renowned Shared Service Centre (SSC) based in Kuala Lumpur. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for a Customs Facilities Manager to be part of the team that is responsible for running all related functions across the APAC region and globally.


Your new role
  • Identify and implement suitable customs facilities and exemptions to optimise costs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage customs duty and sales tax exemptions, drawback claims, and import/export refunds in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Ensure full compliance by meeting exemption conditions and maintaining accurate supporting documentation.
  • Monitor and interpret customs legislation, proactively addressing regulatory changes to minimise disruption and maximise benefits.
  • Coordinate with internal country teams, consultants, and external service providers, acting as the key point of contact for customs-related matters


What you'll need to succeed
