Your new role

• Provide technical leadership across IAM services including authentication, PAM, encryption, and identity governance.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of identity operations engineers, fostering innovation and continuous learning.

• Oversee 24/7 operations including incident response, change management, and problem resolution.

• Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and optimized for performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive operational excellence.

• Participate in an on-call rotation to support global IAM operations across time zones.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, including authentication protocols and federated identity standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

• Deep expertise in PAM, encryption, certificate management, and identity governance tools such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Microsoft Identity Manager, and Entra ID.

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and their security controls.

• Experience with ITIL-based service management and working in distributed, virtual teams.

• Excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
