Your new role

• You will play a pivotal role in analysing complex datasets, developing predictive models, and providing actionable insights to drive business strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and programming, with a keen ability to translate data-driven findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Analyse large and complex datasets to uncover meaningful patterns, trends, and correlations.
• Predictive Modelling: develop and implement predictive models using machine learning techniques to solve business problems and enhance decision-making processes.
• Statistical Analysis: conduct statistical analyses to validate hypotheses, test assumptions, and provide insights into business challenges.
• Data Visualisation and Communication: create compelling data visualisations and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and related fields and identify innovative approaches to improve modelling and analysis processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5-8+ years) as a Data Scientist, with a track record of developing and deploying predictive models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data science libraries and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data visualisation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
