Exciting Opportunity for Deputy Legal GM!
Your new company
Our client is a well-established company in the property industry, and they are currently looking for a Deputy Legal GM to join their team.
Your new role
As the Deputy Legal GM, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for all land matters in relation to land deals, acquisitions, disposals and JV.
- Manage company secretarial tasks.
- Work with external counsel on litigation matters.
What you’ll need to succeed
To ensure your success in this highly visible role, you will need to have:
- Minimum 8 years of legal experience.
- Experience dealing with land / real estate matters.
- Familiar with Bursa requirements, SC guidelines, Companies Act and litigation.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
