Digital Marketing Manager (Performance, E-Commerce, CMS)

Your new role

You’ll be leading the digital activation and digital campaigns supported by agency – working on driving initiatives and programs across the multiple digital channels. Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Brand teams in campaigns related to Product Launches, Customer Acquisition, CRM, E-Commerce (brand site) and more.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing managers to align with the market and HQ.
  • Provide essential input for the Strategic Plan related to enhancing brand equity through digital channels (e-commerce, paid ads, CMS).
    Digital Innovation:
  • Spearhead innovation and activate digital programs.
  • Stay informed about market trends and conduct consumer behaviour research.

Digital Campaign Management:

  • Evaluate and report on digital marketing campaign performance (ROI and KPIs).
  • Oversee global/local digital agencies, negotiate budgets, and conduct annual performance assessments.
  • Handle various tasks and projects as required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 4–8 years of technical experience with Digital Marketing Activation and Channel Management – inclusive of Paid Ads, CRM, CMS, E-Commerce
  • Good understanding of digital marketing data, campaign analysis and campaign planning
  • Preferably experience working on campaigns related to Consumer Goods, FMCG.
  • Adept at Google Analytics and CMS tools.
  • Regional stakeholder management and campaign experience is a plus.
  • Strong agency and project management skillset
