Your new role

This is a senior leadership role heading the HR Shared Services function, responsible for driving operational excellence, standardisation, and service delivery across multiple employee lifecycle processes. You will lead sizable teams, partner closely with regional leadership, and play a critical role in shaping how HR services are delivered across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience leading large-scale HR Shared Services or HR Operations functions at a senior level

• Strong understanding of HR process optimisation, systems, governance, and service delivery metrics

• Track record of leading teams through transformation while managing senior stakeholders
