Your new role

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of data scientists and AI experts across technical and business domains.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of analytics and AI projects.
• Engage stakeholders and ensure strategic alignment.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and data science for measurable business outcomes.
• Act as a thought leader, mentoring team members and shaping capability development.
• Contribute to strategy, architecture, and delivery in a client-facing consulting environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• 12+ years in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field; PhD preferred.
• Strong leadership and consulting experience.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries.
• Experience with cloud platforms and data pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
