As they continue to expand their project portfolio, they are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Engineer (Electrical) to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of powering progress.

Your new role

As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will play a key role in both the tendering and execution stages of electrical projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and submit design calculations, drawings, manuals, and other project documents under supervision.

• Assist in liaising with local authorities for design approvals (e.g., ST, TNB, JKR)

• Support project manager in tasks like machine installation, site planning, and layout changes.

• Monitor construction progress and supervise contractor teams.

• Communicate with clients regarding RFPs and specifications

• Conduct status meetings with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with BEM certification or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, design, and project coordination.

• Familiarity with industry standards (API, ISO, ASTM, etc.) and MS Office tools
