Your new role

As an Emergency Services Representative, you will provide prompt and empathetic assistance to individuals in distressed situations. You will assess and relay critical information accurately, adhere to safety and communication protocols, document cases in real time, and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies. This role supports 24/7 operations and requires rotational shift work, including nights and weekends.

What you'll need to succeed

• Native Japanese with English (B2 level or above).
• Experience in emergency response, distress management, disaster management communication centres, or the airline industry (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to respond swiftly and clearly.
• High attention to detail when assessing and transmitting critical information.
• Flexibility to work rotating night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
