Estate Manager

Estate Manager for a Leading Player in Sustainable Farming based in Selangor.

Your new company

Our client is a well-established plantation group focused on sustainable agriculture, efficient estate management and responsible cultivation practices. They focus on long-term growth through innovation, productivity, and people development.

Your new role

You will oversee daily estate operations with a strong focus on mixed crops by managing manpower, resources, and ensuring optimal yield. Other key responsibilities include:
  • Planning, planting and harvesting of crops
  • Supervising workers, schedules and daily activities
  • Monitoring crop health, soil conditions and ensuring the best farming practices

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Agriculture, or related field
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in farm/estate management, preferably in mixed crops
  • Solid background in resource planning and sustainable farming practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
