Your new role

You will be tasked with:

• Partnering with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives
• Lead talent management, succession planning and leadership development programs
• Champion culture transformation, diversity and employee experience initiatives
• Ensure HR operational excellence, compliance and data-driven decision-making.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in financial services or regulated industries.
• Proven success in senior HRBP roles with strong business acumen and change leadership skills.
• Expertise in Malaysian employment laws and governance frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and strategic advisory capabilities.
