Your new role
You will be tasked with:
- Partnering with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need:
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in financial services or regulated industries.
- Proven success in senior HRBP roles with strong business acumen and change leadership skills.
- Expertise in Malaysian employment laws and governance frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and strategic advisory capabilities.
