As an Audit Manager, you will be an integral part of the audit team, working closely with clients across various industries. Your new role

• As a Manager, you will develop and execute detailed audit plans, strategies, and programs.

• You will be responsible for leading and supervising audit teams to ensure audits are completed on time and aligned with objectives.

• You will identify, assess, and report on potential risks and control gaps.

• You will also review audit findings and provide clear, actionable recommendations.

• You will prepare and present comprehensive audit reports to management and stakeholders.

• You will collaborate with various departments to ensure resolution of audit issues.

• You will be required to stay updated with current changes in regulations, industry practices, and audit standards.

• You will coach and mentor audit team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification is an added advantage.
• Must have hands-on experience with SOX compliance, as well as a strong working knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and MFRS standards.
• Familiarity with Audit, Risk, & Compliance practices.
• Min 5–8 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
