Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer with a Leader in Precision Engineering based in Penang.

Your new company

Our client is a global leading innovator in high-precision measurement and imaging technologies, supporting innovation in quality control and research across various high-tech industries. Their solutions are widely used across the manufacturing, healthcare, and scientific sectors.

Your new role

You will be responsible for delivering technical support and service for high-precision microscopy systems. Other key responsibilities also include:
  • Handle on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of microscopy systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and manage service orders
  • Provide technical support and user training to ensure customer satisfaction

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 3–4 years of experience in service engineering
  • In-depth knowledge of metrology/precision equipment, semiconductor and relevant technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work independently
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply!
