Your new role
This is a field service leadership role with responsibility for overseeing post‑sales service operations across designated customer sites. You will lead and develop a team of service engineers, ensuring high levels of productivity, quality and customer satisfaction while operating in a business critical environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer relationships, including ownership of service escalations and complaint resolution
- Driving operational excellence through process improvement and best‑practice implementation
- Overseeing resource planning, utilisation and field operations to support customer uptime commitments
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in customer service or service management within the semiconductor or a similar industry
- Prior exposure to team management responsibilities
- Proven experience in customer‑facing roles, including escalation management and stakeholder engagement
- Willingness to travel as required to support customers and operations
