A giant in the agriculture industry is on the search for their next Finance Manager to oversee their operations based in Pasir Gudang.

Your new role

• Oversee and lead the Finance Department, managing full set of accounts, costing, and treasury functions
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial and management reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and oversee foreign exchange exposure and hedging
• Perform variance analysis, financial performance tracking, and provide actionable insights
• Lead budgeting, statutory reporting, and financial planning activities
• Implement and maintain internal controls, governance frameworks, and accounting systems
• Support business units in cost optimisation, pricing strategies, and value creation initiatives
• Manage stakeholder engagement including bankers, auditors, and internal departments
• Lead, coach, and develop finance team members
• Oversee procurement governance including vendor approvals, sourcing reviews, and tender processes

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/MICPA)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in finance/accounting/auditing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong experience in full set accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Knowledge of SAP and financial systems management
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development skills
• Solid understanding of treasury, cash flow management, and FX exposure
• High analytical capability with strong attention to detail
