Finance Transformation (AM / Manager)

Specialises in food processing and trading of world-class frozen food products with a HQ in Singapore is looking to grow their Finance Transformation team based in Penang!

Your new role
  • Support the Head of Department (HOD) in finance transformation initiatives across all subsidiaries.
  • Assist with setup and compliance processes for new overseas subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate with external agents, representatives, and consultants for company registrations.
  • Support applications for employer codes, employee registrations, insurance, and statutory requirements.
  • Help ensure subsidiaries comply with local regulations and corporate governance standards.
  • Contribute to the rollout of the new ERP system across global entities.
  • Assist with standardising the chart of accounts, including debtor, creditor, and inventory codes.
  • Support efforts to improve transparency of inventory levels across all countries.
  • Help conduct training and provide guidance to finance teams on ERP usage.
  • Assist in preparing consolidated financial reports.
  • Help ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across subsidiaries.
  • Liaise with country finance managers to align reporting and financial processes.
  • Support cross‑functional coordination.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a recognised chartered qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, support, or ERP implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance requirements for company incorporation and employee statutory matters.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • Familiarity with Singapore GAAP and group consolidated financial reporting.
  • Strong organisational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
