This company has established its stand at the forefront of the FMCG industry in the food sector and is committed to securing its position as the market leader. They are currently looking for a General Manager to establish their trading business. If you are an FMCG candidate with experience in International Sales, this role might be for you.

Your new role

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic national sales plans to achieve the company's objective and drive growth in the industry

• Collaborate with the CEO to oversee all aspects of operations, including export, training, sales and marketing, to ensure efficiency and consistency

• Provide leadership and direction to senior management and department heads to drive operational excellence and optimise efficiency

• Developing and Leading a Sales and Marketing team from its initial stages

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture that aligns with the Organisation's values and objectives.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience as a General Manager or equivalent role with a proven track record in operational excellence and strategic operations management

• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience within the Food industry

• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team from scratch

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring a team towards excellence and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field.
