Your new roleBe part of an amazing company, an exciting position with fabulous perks. We are looking for an FP&A Assistant Manager with strong business partnering experience. This person would be a dynamic and hands-on sole contributor providing financial and commercial insights to the business.

Business Partnering with the commercial team to drive growth and profitability- Prepare analysis and insights on the key drivers of financial performance for the business unit.
- Prepare and manage customer and product profitability analysis and reporting.
- Business partner to the commercial teams, providing insightful analysis to support decision-making.
- Provide financial guidance to the commercial team.
Financial reporting and analysis- Prepare month-end closing reports
- Monitor/Verify accuracy of financial information
- Monitor the budget sales and identify GAP
- Support Financial Projects
- Daily and weekly sales reporting.
- Support month-end processes, quarterly financial forecast, and budget.
Business Improvement and special project- Work to improve core commercial finance processes and reporting.
- Ensure all processes are documented and compliant.
- Prepare ad hoc commercial project viability studies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE- Must have relevant degree or Professional Qualifications in Finance.
- A high level of Excel skills is required and preferably experience of TM1 and SAP.
- Candidates from FMCG /Retail industries are highly preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in FP&A, Budget Planning, Planning analysis, Commercial Finance, Financial Analysis or related field
- Budget planning, P&L and Balance Sheet experience is preferable.
- Proven experience as a business partner in the commercial functions (Sales/Marketing) due to overall business understanding & perspective.
- Strong business partnering experience
- Capability to influence and challenge commercial teams across category, marketing, and sales.
- The ability to analyse complex data and convert it into a simple story.
- Strong personal leadership, being able to work in a results-driven culture with a big focus on execution.
- Self-starter and able to engage with commercial teams.
- Able to manage deadlines.
