Listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market, this US-based manufacturer in the semiconductor industry is looking for a strong leader for the Global FP&A function in Penang Mainland.

Your new role

This role is part of a global FP&A function which is responsible for overseeing global financial systems and procedures, conducting financial analyses to aid important business decisions, preparing and analysing budgets. This role will:

• Collaborate closely with the executive team and other leaders.
• Strategise, allocate resources, and enhance performance.
• Apply a financial perspective to decision-making processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a significant financial role within Semiconductor or Technology companies.

• Experience at an MNC company

• Experience in implementing large global financial reporting systems such as SAP, SAC, Oracle Hyperion etc

• Possess skills in analytical thinking, financial planning, financial modelling, and reporting.

• Experience in Financial Consolidation, Reporting, Accounting in current or previous employment.

• Added bonus: MBA, (Professional qualification: ICAEW, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
