Your new role

• Responsible for end-to-end Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities for the company.

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insightful analysis of key performance metrics, variances, and trends.

• Present financial performance and analysis findings to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and growth.

• Business partners closely with Malaysia's Country Manager, Regional Finance Team and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and back-end support departments to align financial goals with business objectives.

• Analyze market trends and business drivers to develop accurate financial forecasts and projections.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the FP&A function, implementing best practices and optimizing processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 6–8 years of working experience in FP&A.

• Previous working experience with FMCG, Retail or Life Sciences industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.

• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and financial planning software.
