With an aggressive growth plan and the vision to become a better leader in its field, a permanent Claims Specialist/ Team Leader is needed to join the team in the Malaysia operations hub.

Your new role

A role that you will get great exposure in handling overseas Personal Accident claims and involved in preparing preliminary investigation report to Fraud Team. This is an opportunity that you can be the expert and specialist in this field and would further enhance your exposure in Personal Accident claims functions. If you are from Life and Medical Insurance background who is currently doing Personal Accident Claims, this role is for you!

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in Personal Accident Claims with authority limit granted

• Good to have Chinese Traditional Medicine knowledge

• MUST be able to speak and write Chinese (Mandarin) and English

• An eye for detail and possessing excellent communication skills

• The ability to maintain a commercial approach to every aspect of your role
