Your new role

• Develop and execute commodity strategies aligned with global business goals.
• Monitor market trends and mitigate risks from price fluctuations and supply disruptions.
• Lead supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
• Drive cost reduction and efficiency through data analysis and VA/VE initiatives.
• Support NPI projects and localization efforts across global operations.
• Improve supplier performance through scorecard reviews and cross-functional collaboration.

50% Team Leadership & Coordination:
30% Project Ownership & Strategic Execution
20% Transformation & Process Optimization

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering (preferred) or Business discpline
• Fluent in English
• 10+ years’ sourcing experience in machining and electronics (PCB/PCBA, cables)
• 5+ years in global commodity roles at multinational companies
