The organisation is scaling rapidly and aims to build a unified, world‑class operational platform to support its next phase of international growth. This position requires the candidate to be based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Your new role

• Lead the design, build, and implementation of a single global operating system across all manufacturing sites.
• Drive improvements in OEE, scrap reduction, productivity, quality, and operational discipline.
• Standardise processes across countries while maintaining local accountability with Country CEOs and COOs.
• Provide hands-on leadership on machine performance, cycle times, process capability, and execution excellence.
• Report directly to the Group CEO, with functional oversight of Country COOs in a matrix structure.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience leading multi-plant, multi-country manufacturing operations at scale.
• Strong shopfloor credibility and deep command of high-volume manufacturing performance levers.
• Demonstrated success in building—not inheriting—operating systems across diverse environments.
• Track record in driving measurable improvements across OEE, scrap, productivity, and standardisation.
• Background in Tier-1 automotive, high-performance industrial, plastics, packaging, or similar system-driven settings preferred.
