Your new role

As a Group CFO, you will be responsible for:

• Formulate potential value creation and economic earnings to achieve long-term business
  goals

• Formulate, drive and monitor group business strategy, plans and performance to achieve
  annual and long –term business targets

• Provide strategy and direction in financial planning, funding, budgeting and sustainable
  resources to support the operational effectiveness of the company.

• Oversee all financial functions from planning, treasury management, capital expenditure
  assessment and risk management to enable the business growth

• Drive the safeguarding of company’s interest by enforcing compliance to host country
  statutory financial requirements, conformance to international accounting standards and
  taxation requirements in all operating countries.

• Maintain strong relationships with key shareholders, investors and lenders

What you'll need to succeed

• Chartered Accountant

• Strong in strategic finance, audit background is an added advantage

• From PLC/ MNCs background
